Account Registration & Security

jo999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in breach of the registration rules set out above. Upon closure, any bonus funds will be immediately forfeited. Deposits & Withdrawals

- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. jo999 does not charge deposit processing fees. Fees imposed by your mobile banking or bank provider are outside jo999's control.
- The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳200. jo999 does not charge standard withdrawal processing fees for verified accounts. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete. jo999 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
- Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit account holder is not the jo999 account holder — are prohibited.
- jo999 reserves the right to delay or freeze a withdrawal if the Platform suspects money laundering, fraud, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the matter may be escalated to relevant authorities.
- jo999 is not responsible for delays in payment processing caused by your mobile banking provider, bank, or internet service. If a deposit does not appear in your jo999 account within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference.
jo999 reserves the right to set individual deposit and withdrawal limits on a per-account basis where it deems this appropriate for responsible gaming or risk management purposes. Players will be notified if such limits are applied to their account.
Bonuses & Promotions
jo999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:
- Bonuses are credited to your jo999 account balance upon meeting the qualifying deposit or action requirement. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

jo999 may, at its discretion, offer personalised bonuses to individual players based on activity history, loyalty status or seasonal promotions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or BPL season. These offers will be communicated directly to eligible players and are non-transferable.
Responsible Gaming
